Who we are
Corezora Top is the Australian wagering guide published by Corezora. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, and we hold no gambling licence of our own — we review the operators that do.
What this site is for
Australian bettors are marketed to constantly and told very little. Most comparison sites reproduce the operator's own claims, rank whoever pays the most, and leave you no way to tell the difference. We built this one around the opposite habit: publish the licence, the licensee and the ABN, and link the register so a reader can check the claim without taking our word for it.
That is also the reason the shortlist is short. An operator qualifies by holding a current Australian wagering licence we can verify against a public record — not by having an affiliate programme.
How we rate
Each operator is scored out of ten against six criteria: licensing and integrity, markets and odds, payments, customer support, mobile experience, and safer-gambling tools. The headline rating is the arithmetic mean of those six, so the breakdown on a review page always adds up to the number at the top. Licensing is the only criterion that can disqualify outright — an operator without a verifiable Australian licence is not rated, it is simply not listed.
Ratings are editorial opinion about the quality of a service. They are not a prediction, and no rating implies that betting with an operator will be profitable. Over time it will not be.
How the site is funded
We are an affiliate partner of Betfair. When a reader opens an account through a link on this site, we may receive a commission from the operator. That is the entire commercial model — we do not sell advertising space, and we do not charge readers.
It follows that the placements here are paid and our reviews are advertorial in nature. We say so on every page rather than in a footnote, because a reader who does not know that cannot weigh what they are reading. What the arrangement does not change is the factual record: licensee names, ABNs, regulators and legislation are matters of public record, they are linked to their sources, and they are correct or they are corrected.
What we will not publish
- Operators offering online casino games, pokies or real-money poker to Australians — these cannot be licensed here and are prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
- Offshore operators without an Australian licence, whatever licence they display elsewhere.
- Bonus or promotion figures we have not confirmed against the operator's own current terms.
- Any suggestion that betting is a way to make money, solve a financial problem, or recover a loss.
